I killed saydon and still lost the entry and the “loot”
I was expelled and then I received a “compensation”
my entire PT managed to get their rewards, except for me the only one who stayed alive until the end.

Lost gate 1-3 entry because of infinite loading screen.
This also happened to my deadeye when i tried to enter gate 3 last week…
Infinite loading screen, let it load, lose entry. Close the game lose entry…
Very frustrating 
have not received any tickets for any of them
I will add that i experienced no internet issues during the time the loading screen got stuck.
Other team members didn’t load into the clown even after all of us hitting accept.

Hi there,
I want to double check, it’s been 5 weeks since I lost my entry and 4.5 weeks since I posted my data in this post and still haven’t received any ticket or compensation… Is it going to happen in the end or do I have to resign myself to not getting it?
Some clarification would be much appreciated please, since 3 of the players that were raiding with me got the ticket on Tuesday, but me so I don’t know how this is being handled…

If your internet or game messes up causing DC- you get sent reentry ticket
If you disconnect due to servers being horrid - no reentry ticket

It’s 24 hours in and you still can’t acknowledge why this is happening to roll out a hotfix - whilst still allowing people to raid and lose out on rewards.
Predatory.
Incompetent.
