My part got disconnected from gate 3 kakul by maintance 28.09 9 pm UTC and we all lost our entry ticket but still got no re-entry ticket. Contacted support few times but just got useless automatic response.

Wednesday maintenance. Announcement said maintenance in 5 min so we logged off and came back 1 hour later. Started clown and after 20 mins server went down. If you announce 5 minutes why wait 1+ hour before you actually take the servers down.
