I bought the silver founder’s pack and got a 30 day crystalline aura effect. Today I decided to creat another char on a different server to play with my friends, but when I got back to the original one it was gone. Please help.
In the server selection menu my “crystalline effect applied” still appears but when I log into the char I can’t use its benefits.
Same here, I got DC and Aura just gone!
Same for me and my friends. On Aldabaran, we got dced after a loading screen and then all lost it.

Update! Apparently it corrected itself with time
I took a few steps back and verified the logs on steam and started the game, still no solution. Then I contacted amazon support - the chat online option - and turns out my aura and my title “crystal benefactor” went to this new char I created on Yorn server, the lady got no clue where my aura went so she sented it to the devs, after some time I got it back.
I don’t think it was the devs that corrected, I think the game itself made it with loggin in and out between the accounts, but if it was then, nice time response.
I’m now afraid to log in the another acc to this nightmare to happen again.
Also, this is a minor bug, but the title keeps getting that red dot as if I unlocked a new title
