Why is the node called Copper Ore when it only gives Iron Ore when tapped?

all the ore deposits are just basically random names …
its completely pointless as the “higher level” ores dont even give you more ore or anything (maybe slightly higher chance at rare ore, but doesnt feel like it most of the time)
I just got a Halite rapport item from a copper node, that was nice, although I am already Trusted with Urr who prefers them.

The better question is why dont mushrooms give you flowers instead when foraging lol. If they are gonna mislabel gathering nodes at least be consistent
