Missing a one-time obtainable collectible item

I should have received the collectible from the Una rewards, but I don’t have it on any of my characters or banks. I’ve seen others with the same issue and it seems to have been resolved
for them by sending an empty bottle of Ether Essence via mail. I’d appreciate if someone could do that, otherwise I won’t be able to finish my collectibles.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that your ether essence empty bottle is missing.

Can you confirm if you did receive it? If you did, is it possible that you may have dismantled or deleted the item? If this is not the case, let’s try the following to make sure it’s not a visual bug:

  1. Close Lost Ark completely
  2. Close Steam
  3. Run Steam as administrator
  4. Check the game files on Steam
  5. Open Lost Ark.

If after doing this the issue persists, please contact our customer service live chat so that our team can look further into this, if needed they will escalate the issue to our devs to solve the issue.

I just did what you told me to and yes the issue persists. However, I contacted live support last week already and I got an email saying a ticket was created, but nothing has happened afterwards since then.

The issue is that I never crafted the Ether Essence, because I never received the “Magical fermentation boost” item from the Una rewards reputation collectibles, even though in the screenshot you see the checkmark next to it so I should have it somewhere on my account (but I checked everything, everywhere). That item is an ingredient for the Ether Essence. I’ve seen some other posts here from a few weeks ago and their issue seemed to be the exact same. Their issue was resolved when they received an Empty Ether Essence bottle via mail by the support.

Did you claim the reward on your alts?

That’s a possibility, yes, but I checked every inventory and bank and it’s not there. Also, it shouldn’t even matter where it is, because the item is roster-bound so you can use it on any character from any inventory as if it was a currency.
