we do and Argos P1-3 runs with my guildmate and my game crashed in the 3rd phase after i came back i didn’t get the reward.

Sorry to hear you had issues with the Argos run.
Info from devs and there is currently a fix for this so no need to file a report.
So basically, if you are eligible you’ll automatically get another ticket or possibility to re-enter the run in the next 24hrs. If over 48 hrs have passed without receiving it, you might not be eligible.
Try logging out of Steam, run it as an administrator and loging back in.

Thanks for your quick response DevonK, but how can i re-enter without my Guildmates (they already got the rewards) and how can i beat that end game boss without a proper team?
I filed a ticket with AGS, spoke with a wonderful human named Qwerky and they did their best to assist me through my struggles. Same thing happened to me. P3 was almost finished, all of sudden game crashed, load back in and I load back into raid but have no rewards and cannot claim chest. My weekly entry has been consumed, and I am in need of every piece of material I can get for this 1415 push for Valtan. I posted about this last night before the patch, and others posted with the same issue. Praying you get resolution amigo.

i’m in excatly the same situation:) and if we get a “free” ticket, how can we do that without team? Argos P3 is very difficult and almost impossible with a random guys without voice coordination like we did with my guild members…

and i don’t understand this kind of ticket thing…they have all the neccessary logs and easily can check the runs and send the reward chest in mail or whatever it’s like that i win a lottery and don’t get the rewards but get another blank lottery ticket and try to win 1 more time…so sad:(
Yeah I agree, but I will be thankful if I get a replacement entry ticket because then I at least get another chance after something happened to me that was completely out of my control. SO hopefully this will happen, but only time will tell.
really doubtful you should get anything if the game crashed or you dc. That is pretty much standard for most mmos. The game adjusts usually for missing people and you could exploit this to bus people. Ie fake a DC at the start of the fight and reconnect after each stage Ezmore fight for everyone else
Server going down etc is another thing entirely.
You are right Ravanger…but they have the logs, so they can check what happened exactly…when the crash happened and so on. i think this is the easiest solution for them because they don’t need to check anything…and i don’t mind if this happend in Abyssal or guardian raid or chaos dungeon…but weekly Argos is the most rewarding part of the game and need 8 ppl to do that with at least 1400GS…

Obviously they should be able to tell exactly what happened. For those of us honest people dealing with a loss due to an unexpected event completely out of our control, I do feel we should be reimbursed.
Just an update, I never received anything so I guess I am not “ELIGIBLE”, in other words…AGS Devs simply don’t give a damn what happens to you.

Pretty much impossible to validate the first one.
Same thing happened to me too just now, game froze like 1 min before argos is dead in p2, i log back in standing in punika, with no rewards and a lockout.
