NPC Rubich in Totrich (Arthetine) is supposed to start [Journey] Body Augmentation Parts. However, after completing the previous part, he will not give the quest. This makes me unable to continue to get my 2nd awakening.
Have you used the Feiton powerpass? That autocompletes this questline. If so you just go to Trixion and get it from Beatrice.
