My current character slot is 12 but when I go to the store it only let me buy two more tickets (2/12) before the update the # of tickets I was able to buy were 8/18 or 10/18. So how am I suppose to have 18 character slots when I’m only able to have 14 slots at max?

Ive purchased all extension slots and i can only have 13

hmm its weird, it says that you can buy an additional 12 slots and have up to 18 characters. But the # of slots and the # of Extensions it allows me to buy doesn’t seem to match. Idk maybe @Roxx or any other CMs can take a look into this but it’s not really a major issue atm.

Same issue here. I purchased all the character slot extension tickets and the max is only 14 chars. Just connected with live support and they told me that i need to submit a ticket… There should be a bug in the store currently. So sad… so many bugs after this week update
