It is almost been 2 weeks now since the rollout of the compensation gift for the maintenances.
Any update here?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you didn’t receive the maintenance compensation pack.
Can you confirm that you logged in from March 21st - March 31st? If you didn’t you are not eligible for this pack, if that’s not the case I recommend you to contact our live support so they can check your account and check what happened with your pack, if needed they will escalate the case, in case you have contacted already, please wait for an update from our team.
