I collected my animal skin, mokoko pet, and mokoko hoverboard but I realized that I didn’t have my hat selection that’s supposed to come with the skin. I’ve looked all around my inventory and decided that I just never got it.

same here, missing my skin and hat!
Would be much easier for support to help if you include character name, server name at least.

I posted my issue and replied to multiple similar threads. Also opened a ticket with Amazon suppport.
Nothing at the moment. Unless more people draw attention to this issue, it might not get fixed.
It sucks, cause I really wanted that penguin head

Idk if its related because I haven’t log in today but I saw on forum somewhere earlier people say one of the gift is sent by mail and can only be claimed by going to mail npc?

Feeling a bit dumb but here is the explanation from user [Haraguro]:
Turns out the “chest” has the same icon container as the skin colorant selection ones, try looking for one those alone.
I’m Willowicked in game and I didn’t receive any crate or box at all. No animal skin, no mount, complete and utter BS. Was I forgotten about?..
Check tour products inventory.
