Missing Crystaline Auras, Founder's Packs and product inventory

Can you give us an update concerning the missing Crystalline Auras and product inventory in the EU region that affects so many of us? And what if we are unable to claim the founder’s packs until the Monday deadline because of this issue?

I mean this has been going on for almost 2 days now and there is not even a sticky post in the news about it! Please acknowledge this as a priority problem as we all have paid for it.

Same here, owner of a Silver Founder Pack, and I’ve never been able to use the Crystalline aura buff that comes with it. Neither the other bonuses that come with it :frowning:

Just an update:

I’ve finally received my Founder pack in my mail box… I don’t know why it took so much time but at least it’s there. Thanks !
