Just claimed a Bronze Founders pack and did not receive the buff any help would be appreciated

Really apologize for this inconvenience the original Bronze Founder’s Pack do contains 30 days of Crystalline aura that you should be able to claim. If you have opened the bonus Founder’s Pack that was recently sent to the players that one do not contain this specific buff.
Even thoug we will need to know some more information to investigate deeper into this for example:
Character name and server.
I suggest to wait untill today’s update it can possible fix some issues related with the Crystalline Aura buff. If the issue persist please contact us by the live channels in order to take the necessary actions on your specific case.
