Hello my char name is Donsingkong and i play in Trixion (EU),
I notice that the 3 days Crystalline Aura bonus and Pet from Twitch drops has been missing in my product inventory menu, i haven’t claim them yet because i feel i didnt need it at the moment. So i leave it unclaimed but today when i tried to claim it, it was gone i don’t know where because i havent claim it.
Please check this issue, i know maybe its not a big deal because its a bonus but i would appreciate it if you guys can resolve this or give me another compensation. Thank you!
