i need help,my laptop died while i claim my crystals and because of that i can’t claim my crystals again and there is no “claim crystals” in the history. i know its not much but i need it ._.

In this case what I recommend you to do is contact us via chat to have one of our agents further investigate the issue and if needed escalate it so you can get the crystals you bought.
