Missing Emote - Interrogate (quest is completed)

Hi,

Hopefully this is the right place to post!

I’m in the endgame, sailing round completing quests and the /interrogate emote is required on one of them. On doing a fair big of research, it seems you get this emote from a quest that I completed way back.

I even believe I have used the interrogate emote previously?! However I can’t use it now…

Proof the relevant quest has been completed:

Ignore this - I’d put the emote in my stash as a noob!
