Missing ether essence bottle for the last 2 Mokoko seeds in Rohendel

I am missing the Empty Ether Essence Bottle.
My region is West North America - Mari
and the name of my character is Twinperformance

Please help me with this issue. I know that others have had this same exact issue resolved. and had the Empty Ether Essence bottle sent to their via in game mail. its all over the forums.

Hope you are doing great and apologize about this issue.!
I was able to check your account and found the Empty Ether Essence Bottle adquired by using the Ether Essence is in your character’s inventory I would suggest to check again around the slots #43 or #42 in Twinperformance’s Inventory.

i have the same problem here and i’ve been through all my accounts ands i have not found it either. My main account is Thickfrog on aldebaran and i can’t get the last mokoko because of that
