Missing gold from Chests?

Hey I am not sure if anyone else is in the same boat but I do not believe I received any gold from my unopened purchased boxes that I had.

I only received gold in my universal storage for a single characters worth of boxes, despite buying them on multiple characters. Is this a known issue or intended, NA East una.

I.e. I received 3000, 3000, 3000 gold in universal storage despite more characters buying boxes
