Did Valtan run and purchased. the bonus chest for 800 gold. Had a full inventory when I purchased. It showed claimed before I exited the raid. Don’t think I received any items or anything in the mail where it usually gets sent to. Tried to use one of the free crystalline to see if it may have got sent to pet inventory, but did not see it? Is there anyway to get the compensation for this?

Same thing has happened to me. I didn’t even realize it until this week, but I’ve been buying the chests each time and I’m 99% certain I haven’t received any loot for any of those chests because I always rely on the mail system due to my hording tendencies and having a full inventory (and pet inventory).
In Argos, if you buy chests you get mail like this :: Argos Chests - Imgur .
I’m assuming this just doesn’t happen for Valtan. I hope it isn’t lost to the mists! Hopefully we can both get our items!

Let’s try some troubleshooting first to make sure it’s not a visual bug:
- Close Lost Ark completely
- Close Steam
- Run Steam as administrator
- Check the game files on Steam
- Open Lost Ark.
If after doing this the issue persists, please contact our customer service live chat so that our team can look further into this, if needed they will escalate the issue to our devs to solve the issue.

Hey @aePixie , thank you for the advice. I have performed said tasks and it has not fixed the issue. I have already contacted customer service support, and they have put in a ticket for me for further investigation.

@aePixie I did post to reddit here, it looks like some people have received a box in the mail from Valtan, so I wonder if it just auto dismantled everything for me and @xenocalibur … hmm…

@Nomiras I contacted the live chat and they put in a ticket for me, said to wait up to 4 days for response. Hoping we are able to get our loot and they can work on fixing the issue.
