Missing loot from Naruna Hot Springs (Normal)

I killed the last boss during the transition but for some reason I didn’t get any loot. Probably because the boss died in a different area? Anyway, so after a while I decided to come back and made sure to kill the boss after the transition but again, there’s no loot. Its just a few guardian/destruction stones I missed but I wasted like 30mins from both of those runs could I get at least get a reset or something so I could run it back.

In this case, I’d recommend you to contact us via live chat so our colleagues there can gather a bit more on info needed to escalate this. Once that’s done, the team can look into what caused you not receiving any loot after killing that boss.
