Missing Magical Fermentation Boost item

Hello Team,

I have unfortunately encountered a game bug where I did not receive ‘magical fermentation boost’ to complete my Mokoko seeds and adventure tomb. I can confirm I have finish Mischievous Fairy, but somehow did not receive the reward. This item is also indestructible so I cannot sell it by mistake. I have search all my inventories, but I cannot locate the item. A simple forum search led to this thread below that shows multiple people having the same problem. The second post shows that this issue was remedied by sending the user an Empty Ether bottle which is basically what I need. I have checked all my alternatives and yes, I can confirm it is not there. I can attach screenshots of my inventory if you need further validation. Please note that this item is mandatory to complete my adventure tomb so I am extremely adamant on getting this resolve. What are my options? Thank you.

Thanks for the Info. So how can we get this missing Item? Redoing the Una won’t work since, the reputation reward has already a check mark on them.

Unfortunately we are not able to restore nor refund these types of items that were destroyed, even if it was not intentional, it was a decision taken on your end. I just completed Una’s Task for the Magical Fermentation Boost and did not receive it to craft the Ether Essence. I’ve seen a few posts on here and Reddit that says this quest is bugged? Can we not get this reward at the moment?

What I think that happened to you is that you received the item but already used it for the Adventure´s Tome, if you still have in your inventory the empty bottle go back to the Cook and search at the Menu to refill it.

I hope that was what happened, because I didn’t know when I complete the food from the Adventure’s Tome and when I went to grab the Mokoko it says you need the Ether Essence. I went back to the Cook and refilled it for 700 silver.

I am not sure if you were looking to reopen this thread but I heavily suggest against replying on top of older posts marked as solved in order to avoid having yours overlooked and also due to the fact several patches have been applied since this post was last replied to, possibly addressing the initial issue and even if yours seems similar, it may not be the same.
