and to those that haven’t got the mokoko chest, ask if they have “blanks” spot on their inventory slot, there’s a bug that the mokoko skin chest is not shown but actually in inventory like this case here : Did not get Mokoko Skin Selection Chest from opening the end of year gift - #7 by Dream143
maybe a restart/repair can fix it. because the game needs to download a 200mb update for the icon boxes i guess
Thanks @ChinGG for the suggestion , as you explained I would recommend to verify the steam files when you reset the game also to make sure it’s not a visual bug or to avoid any visual bug when you go back on the game and make sure the rewards are available :
