Idk if I need to make a report for this issue to have it resolved, but just in case. I still haven’t received the fox pet from twitch drops and the amazon gaming pack. Just making this issue for later tracking. I understand there is a patch coming soon, so in case that doesn’t resolve the issues.

If this does not work or if you have already tried it, I recommend to get in contact with a representative from the live channels or to send a web ticket to make the report on this situation that you are facing.
