I purchased 100 Pheons using blue crystals, but they never showed up? I spent about 20 bucks on crystals, so I was hoping to get either a refund of the blue crystals, or the 100 pheons I purchased.

Please keep checking if your pheons arrive on your Product Inventory box, I recommend you to wait a maximum of 24 hours is case the transaction is stuck.
If your pheons are still missed after this time frame, I encourage you to contact AGS customer support for further assistance.
