Please help!!! In Una’s task > Reputation Status > Lopang Inc, it says that I have claimed the rewards, but I don’t see the rewards in inventory/mail/quests at all. Second picture shows that I still don’t have the ship.

Edit: I believe this is due to starting a quest on one character and finishing it on another character. Was on my second character, talked to a few NPCs to complete quests while I didn’t realized the quests had already started with my main, end up not receiving any rewards
