Missing rewards from Chaos Dungeons

TLDR; Loot from chaos dungeons not being awarded after pop-up/toast windows notifying such loot was awarded.

Not sure if anyone else has this issue or not but the past couple of days as I was doing my daily chaos dungeons on a new T3 alt, seen notifications per usual pop up on screen about what loot had dropped.

In particular, I was looking for a neck piece, ran both my chaos dungeons yesterday and swear I saw “Time Necklace” toast window pop up among other loot. Finish the runs, look in my inventory and see no such item. I shrug it off after looking twice and convince myself I must have misread the loot.

Today, same character, different level chaos dungeons. I definitely saw “Time Necklace” pop up on a run and the instant I saw it I decided to check my inventory and alas, twas no where to be found. I don’t believe the issue begins and end with just the neck piece but for other “rewarded loot” as well, considering a 82 quality weapon had dropped that did not appear in my inventory, and find it hard to believe I earned a total of 2 honor leap stones from completing two 1325 chaos dungeons today.

Check your auto dismantle settings. The issue probably lies there.

Auto dismantle was set up for uncommon T1 items. I suppose I should have said i was receiving other items such as the space ring and earring of the same item rank as the aforementioned neck piece.

I took these quick screenshots. You can see a neck piece was looted into my inventory then the next screenshot the neck piece is gone (literally a second later) and there are also other pieces of the same rank in my bags.
