Long story short opened one of the 2 chests we’ve got previous month at the sea(to get the pirate knots thingies) and to my “surprise” I’ve got a bunch of nothing.
So I’ve contacted the support via chat, a few times to ask about the status of this issue and I’ve been told it’s a priority and it will be fixed asap. If minor things like this get fixed this “soon” then yea, this game has a greeeat future ahead.
So the issue. It’s been “a bit” of time since the problem occurred and it wasn’t yet fixed because the support employees DON’T have actual tools to solve minor issues like these. They gotta contact, their support/devs for a damned chest.
