I am still missing my Level Complete Pack (Lv. 50), which I bought during the pre-launch window. My server, Galatur, crashed during the purchase and it never showed up anywhere. You can see from logs that I never received or redeemed such an item. I’ve reached out to support for months without any resolution. I have simply been told to be patient. We are now in the month of May. “Be patient” is no longer acceptable. I would greatly appreciate if the item could be made available to me, since it is only purchasable one time.
