So I’ve been stuck on this problem since release of the current event, thinking I needed to find all 7 Arks before I could participate. But I’m missing a quest I completed day 1 of playing the game.
Absolutely no idea what went wrong and couldn’t find any information about this.

The text is a little missleading. You can only use the Story Express with a char that has not completed the quest “On the Border” yet.
In your chase it is easy to make a new one. You have plenty of space.
