MIssing stuffs in "Product Inventory"

Hello

I just logged in and I had 5-6 sttufs in my “Product Inventory” from Founder pack and Twitch drops, now they are gone… I’ve only claim the main founder chest for my character, the rest I haven’t claimed yet…

It’s now resolved.

For me, I just waited and it popped up

@Roxx Founderpacks that have not yet been used do not seem to be available (so far).

I’ve also been having an issue with mine.
However it says I do have several items I can collect, which I haven’t collected anything yet. But it doesn’t list anything below as if I have nothing at all to collect. I did have to make my first character on a server I wasn’t going to stay on.
But I purposefully didn’t collect anything in the Product Inventory because I knew i’d be making another character as my main on my main server once they opened up. Now on my main character-in the main (intended) server and I can’t even see anything to collect even though it says there are items there.

Does anyone have an idea on how I can fix this- or what I should do? I’ve been playing on this same character for hours now so staying on the character for a short time hasn’t helped like it has with others.

Since 1 hour also my product inventory has been gone and is empty :frowning:
