I don’t recieve Saphia Pet Chest, all before drops I normal recieve. It’s any variant how I get this pet chest?
Having also issues , when i watched everything i got my 2 pet chests and 1 mount, i had to w8 ingame like 2-3 hrs to see them in my depository , but couldnt take them as it was loading very slow, i was also not able to enter the store. After few more trys i was able to pick the 3 items so they get into my inventory but then i got an error msg that connection was having an error. So i restarted the game and i still saw my loot in the depository but LoLA Helgaia Pet Chest was missing , i was able to pick the 2 but still one pet is missing … i wrote to the support , i hope they can send it to me again or smth like that.

I have the same problem. Still havent been able to get any of my twitch drops while twitch prime rewards came through.

Seems like the drops are being given on 1st server that you played, so you need to accept item registration on that server and then claim the item on the server you want to play.
I am also having this issue where I am not getting any of the twitch drops. The account is connected properly,

I have the exact same problem
Oldest drop has been 10 days and most recent 2 days, haven’t gotten any of them yet. Have disconnected and reconnected everything with no luck too.
Some drops are only tied to like 2 specific channels like lostark offical not everyone with DROPS in his name count toward the paper hat for example read carefully at the drop where u can get it from

I found out that if you relink your acc again here : Twitch Drops | Lost Ark - Free to Play MMO Action RPG
It will re-enable your drops. (and send them to your ingame mail in 24 hrs)
I’m having the same issue, it shows that I have 3 of the rewards and would receive them within 24 hours, but its been almost 3 days and still nothing??

Yep. I started a new thread, not realizing there were many already posted. And yes, experiencing the same issue. I have the Saphia pet and the Hover mount, but nothing else has posted and I can’t seem to earn any progress on my Drop Meter. Been on Twitch for days now.

Hi,
I understand that there are more important priorities right now … but it would be reassuring to see a reaction that the topic has not been forgotten or cleaned up “under the table”.
Except for the first drop, I too didn’t get any rewards in the game, even though everything is fine on the side of Twitch … and that first drop sadly disappeared without a pick-up the very next day.
So please inform us whether this topic will be addressed. Not only because of the already missing drops, but also because of other drops in the future.
Otherwise, I wish you a lot of success, stable servers and a lot of fun for both developers and enthusiastic players

I tried (again) to disconnect and reconnect the accounts and this time it worked like a charm.
