Seems like the drops are being given on 1st server that you played, so you need to accept item registration on that server and then claim the item on the server you want to play.
I am also having this issue where I am not getting any of the twitch drops. The account is connected properly,

I have the exact same problem
Oldest drop has been 10 days and most recent 2 days, haven’t gotten any of them yet. Have disconnected and reconnected everything with no luck too.
Some drops are only tied to like 2 specific channels like lostark offical not everyone with DROPS in his name count toward the paper hat for example read carefully at the drop where u can get it from

It will re-enable your drops. (and send them to your ingame mail in 24 hrs)
I’m having the same issue, it shows that I have 3 of the rewards and would receive them within 24 hours, but its been almost 3 days and still nothing??
same , i didn’t get the pet and mount from twitch drops i tryed everything…
Yep. I started a new thread, not realizing there were many already posted. And yes, experiencing the same issue. I have the Saphia pet and the Hover mount, but nothing else has posted and I can’t seem to earn any progress on my Drop Meter. Been on Twitch for days now.

Hi,
I understand that there are more important priorities right now … but it would be reassuring to see a reaction that the topic has not been forgotten or cleaned up “under the table”.
Except for the first drop, I too didn’t get any rewards in the game, even though everything is fine on the side of Twitch … and that first drop sadly disappeared without a pick-up the very next day.
So please inform us whether this topic will be addressed. Not only because of the already missing drops, but also because of other drops in the future.
Otherwise, I wish you a lot of success, stable servers and a lot of fun for both developers and enthusiastic players

I tried (again) to disconnect and reconnect the accounts and this time it worked like a charm.

Same Problem here, got both T4+T3 Drops Days ago, relink didnt work for me…
I am also still missing my Tier 4 drop the mount 
contacted amazon twice about this and still nothing. Just told to wait…but for how long been over a week now.
With as many threads mentioning problems, maybe the “Wait” command is due to some future - go ahead and hand out those items - initiative?
I dunno. I’m gonna catch a weekend lineup of a Twitch streamer who has labeled his drops for the ones I’m currently missing to see if perhaps I was tuned into steams that weren’t giving away the drops I needed…?
The amethyst shards and the Helgaia pet are the 2 i’m actually holding breath for, and if push comes to shove, I’d rather have those shards.
But alas, I wait as well.
watched Twitch today for 4 hours got the drop in my twitch inventory and pressed “claim” still have not received it how long do these normally take?
i’m also missing my LoLA starter, but got other 4 loots.
hope this problem will be fixed since amethys shard is hard to get
You won’t be getting your drops. This is an email I have received from Amazon:
What you can do is to go through the steps on our website and make sure you followed everything Twitch Drops | Lost Ark - Free to Play MMO Action RPG
Make sure that you completed the drop requirements by watching the officially supported streamers for the required amount of time.
****************If you still have not received the drops, we will not be able to assist as we cannot add the items manually. **************************
The only other suggestion would be to unlink and link the Twitch and Steam accounts again and allow 24 hours for it to refresh.
