Although all my account connections have been set up, I still haven’t received the Unicorn Box & Shard set. I was able to get all the previous Lost Ark Twitch drops so I know my account connections should be okay and it says I’ve claimed the drop on my Twitch. Not sure if there’s just a delay for the drops showing up in accounts. Would appreciate any help or updates about what’s going on with them not showing up in my game. Thanks!

I’m sorry you’re having trouble receiving the last drop you claimed for Lost Ark.
Sometimes Twitch drops can take up to 24 hours to be received after claimed, if this timeframe has already expired, there are some resolution steps that might help you to resolve it.
Other players have been able to fix this issue by relinking their Twitch and Steam accounts, you can follow the steps below to do so:
If you still don’t see the drops in the game, check the integrity of the game files:
- Restart your computer and launch Steam.
- From a game’s library page, select Manage > Properties.
- Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files button.

To solve this issue I actually had to go to Twitch Drops | Lost Ark - Free to Play MMO Action RPG to set up the connection through the Lost Ark website. I found it by going to Twitch on the All Campaigns tab and under the Unicorn drop under Lost Ark, I clicked “About This Drop”. It took me to a page to link my Steam and Twitch accounts even though I have it done properly on Twitch and received drops previously. I feel I’ve set up the link previously, but if anyone else has similar problems this will probably fix it since I got my drop immediately after I activated it.
Also, the link you shared was for Amazon to Steam linking not Twitch to Steam linking, but thank you for the reply!
