Hi Customer Service. I am missing my UNREDEEMED Platinum Founder’s Pack Chest in my inventory. I first logged in to play on Feb 10, 2022. The Platinum Chest was there when I last played yesterday Feb 10, 2022. But when I logged in today on Feb 11, 2022, the chest is now missing.
Can you please restore my missing UNREDEEMED Platinum Founder’s Pack Chest? Thank you.
Hi All. I was mistaken. I did NOT CLAIM the Founder’s pack chests yet. You need to go into the “Product Inventory” tab in the Lost Ark Shop. There, you will find your UNREDEEMED chests. Select the chest and CLAIM it on your chosen character. Then, it will appear in your inventory. Hope this helps others out.
