Hi there! I just made my destoyer and and was very excited to equip my winter mokoko skin but I couldn’t find it on any of my characters. I have the Penguin skin that came along the winter mokoko skin and I checked all my inventory but I could not find it.

I am sorry to hear you seem to be having a hard time locating your “Winter Mokoko Skin”. Please try looking in your storage for the consumable chest (in case you had not yet used the item that grants the skin as such). For this you can look in the main storage, roster storage, the additional chest storage located in most towns. Alternately, check each of you existing character’s presets in the character section by pressing “P” and going to the Skins & Virtues section.
If you still cannot find it, then this scenario will require our tech team to look into your logs and follow up directly with other possibly sensitive account information that is best not posted on the forums so it would be better if you could please create a web ticket by going to Contact Us | Amazon Games.
Please, do not hesitate reaching out to live support to have this looked into.
