Hi I finally reached 50 on my main and got my first powerpass , so I headed over to character select screen and used my powerpass on my Mage, but instead of click the skip button to go straight to 50 which I want aware of Im now 37 and back questing 
I was wondering if it would be possible to reset the powerpass on her or maybe a kind GM could pop her up to 50 Im not bothered by all the stuff I miss along the way just my mage at 50 would be amazing.

Hello @ellochopper, sorry for the late response.
I’m sorry to read that you were having trouble with your Vern Powerpass, after using this powerpass you are taken through a sequence that gives you a summary of the game’s story up until Vern, as such your character will not be boosted to level 50 until you complete this sequence.
It is possible to skip this sequence by clicking on the “Skip Path” button that should be on your top left corner of your screen.
Please let us know if you’re still having issues with your powerpass and provide us with the name and server of your character so we may investigate further.
