ATK has a cooperation with Mobalytics . if they say to him, to say that , cause they told him its ok . does not mean its ok.
Saying that there is no app approved doesn’t mean that the app is against TOS or is forbidden.
In my opinion an overlay that doesn’t interact with the game is not against TOS so it should be safe.
I choose to not play with fire 
instead why not make a suggestion for AGS to partner with mobalytics to have it implemented or approved. should be safe vs it is safe have very different outcomes XD

On ToS didnt find any info about overlays, only about using third-party programs.
Of course they could change TOS and? They could even put that you can’t use discord or open any other app. Currently it is what it is.
And the current official statement is that they just don’t want to say anything about any external app so you must decide if anything you do is against TOS or not on your own.
I mean just think about the risks critically and then come to a decision.
On the one hand, we got the fact that absolutely nothing is encouraged by the devs and publishers. On the other hand, we got the fact that absolutely nothing gets you banned, at all.
People use dps meters just fine. People cheat and get couple of days banned. People RMT and get 3 days bans.
I think it’s safe to say it’s OK to use mobalytics overlay.
Careful wording at play here. They aren’t saying that you will get banned. They are not saying that this is forbidden. They are saying that its not “approved”, which can mean that they simply didn’t check and whitelist it. Very vague and inconclusive.
how hard do you think it is for “website holders” to type Lost Ark TOS compliant??

ToS compliant means ToS compliant.
Approved means approved. They can both be right. And if this isn’t enough for you, then why even ask:
It’s against TOS. Will you get caught with it? Probably not. If they do catch you don’t come complaining when they slap you. You were warned.

Its a third party program so ofc its against tos and roxx has even confirmed this.
Will you get banned for it? Probably not but if you do you cant complain about it
The overlay reads data from the game, hence it falls under the policy. It’s also not expressly permitted, kind of a catch all. I’m just telling you the facts, do with them what you will. I think you’re looking for someone to validate you wanting to use it. In that case just send it, likely you’ll be OK. What I’m telling you is if you do get caught, you know it’s against TOS so you accept that risk.

I’m not exactly sure what more you’re asking for or need? You seem hell bent on using it no matter what, so just use it. The overlay application reads game data, even without modifying any of that data it is against TOS. The same way DPS meters read data.
dps meter take data from servers ofc, but this overlay shows u only guide info from website. Still waiting for answer from any dev
The thing making the overlay is a third party program.
