I left the game for several months right before the Welcome Challenges was replaced with mokoko, where I had already completed nearly all the Welcome ones before I stopped playing for a while.
When I came back I had a lot of the Mokoko Challenges auto-complete, great! Some did not however including stronghold ones. Such as Reach Stronghold Lv. 2; Increase Tier 1 Honing Success Rate; Reduce Required XP for Tier 1 Honing.
I even uninstalled the game when I was not playing, so my files were fresh when I returned. Just in case, I did what a mod told someone else to do who posted the same problem and I closed Lost Ark, and Steam; started Steam in administrator mode; verified game files. This did not solve anything. I’m attaching some screenshots.

Hello! I see you’ve already attempted some troubleshooting steps. What I’d also recommend is creating a web ticket with our support.

In case you need it, the steps to escalate via web ticket are these:
- Select In-game Issues:
- Select Something Else’s option:
- Then at the left corner you will see an option to use Web Ticket:
