The roadmap provided for April and May were fine. We get a general idea on what we can expect for those months. However, I do not understand why there is such a lack of communication the closer we get to the update.
My suggestion is that AGS should be more open to communicating to the playerbase as to what exactly we get on the May update. As an example:
Do we get the 1445 or 1460 chaos dungeon?
Do we get the bridge content?
Do we get more than 1 guardian raid?
Do we get the 1415 weekly dungeon ( we only have the 1370 one )?
Stuff like this could be potentially something that AGS tells us in advance so that we know what to expect, prepare for that and make us hyped about it. I do not understand why everything is so quiet until the last day of the update.
And this would be a question to @Roxx or any other CM. Have you considered having a live stream update discussing what’s coming with the next update? Maybe have a Destroyer showcase, the new content we get… and so on. We don’t need the full content to be shown, but a sneak would be nice.
While were on it maybe some info about upcoming releases aswell. A june july roadmap would be nice so we could plan ahead.
Oh and if destroyer comes with a powerpass. Or a char slot extension. Or some other catchup event. So people who want to play destroyer(i would have loved to get arcana but hey. Good for the hammer bros) to be able to plan ahead if/when they should start saving up mats.
Definitely, but they’ve established this isn’t how they work so I am all but certain it’s not going to happen. We won’t get more details about the May update until MAYBE the week before but most likely the day or two before it is going to be released, just like the updates of the previous 2 months.
It’s kind of a broken record now for people to keep asking them to be more open with updates in a more timely manner. I feel like 99% of the player base could ask for this and AGS would just stick to their ways because they’re stubborn that way. Smilegate too since I gather they are part of why it’s like this.
They have already communicated the may update will happen in the 2nd half of the month and they are working on more information to share before the date comes closer. You know, they are not the devs, they have to wait and see what got ready in the new patch implementation.
Valtan has also been mentioned as one of the planned content releases on this May update as mentioned by Roxx
And it looks possitive to say there is a very low chance for it to not happen. So far, everything points to a green flag for it.
I read in old posts they did mention the rest of S. Vern would come in May but I cannot find the dev post because it was back when the outrage for S. Vern not releasing entirely. So, take it with an entire bath of salt
