A winning concept is 90% of progression & stuff being available for a free player with only aura. The aura is a way to get money for development and maintenance. Then sell aesthetics to players in loads.
The ammount of selling on all sides of the game at the same time quickly adds up and is a little bit aggressive with 80% of the QOL things being locked behind paying for it. I think this should be reduced somewhat. 80% of the QOL should be aimed at the normal players with just the Aura. A further 20% and millions of cool things and epic skins should be available to further give you money. This way people will stay longer in the game and pay longer in the game.
Playing without the QoL paymentgated stuff is difficult in this game’s current state. Thus I recommend for future QoL to be to all players or players with aura and a focus on appearancechanging things behind payments. This is a proved concept that we see works around the gaming world.
‘They will come over time’ well that’s the problem how much time and patience testing until they release those methods,well the roadmap will for sure clear every misunderstanding whether the game is going into the right or wrong direction.
Ain’t nobody skipping 1325-1370 zone without paying money or investing 20h a day of playtime in the most efficient way,since the resources in T3 are scarce and the honing rates are way too low compared to other servers.
I don’t think you understand we are skipping the major deadzones T1 to T2 to T3.
T3 is a deadzone due to it was the End goal for players. Content will come but the majority won’t reach that high because they are content locked like you see in MMOs… However we can get that stuff quicker than waiting 6 months plus for the big updates like Korea did. With Argos coming to start the Real T3 content and then alot more coming after it. T3 will get fleshed out but at this point it is meant to be the end goal of just getting to 1340-1370.
Well i do very much hope so we get content for T3 and they push this as fast as possible because the more i look at steam numbers the lower they get every day , you are right with the skipping part in T1 - T2 due to islands and that’s a very good thing now only if they could introduce those increased t3 honing success rates.
That is normal for MMOs the Prime of them has died off. Even Look at New World the game is still enjoyable and entertaining but alot of the players has left OCE had like 12 servers and now we are down to like 1 but that is the Hype Trainers and the casual players stopping. While the people who will stick around stay. You see it in all new games the first month or 2 will be crazy then they die off as Content creators leave and their communities follow. I’m sure we will see some Server Merges for Lost Ark in the future already some servers are impossible to progress due to being dead since they were only made when the main ones were locked.
Its not meant to players always do this to games they will play for a bit then quit. You see it with everything there is no way to stop people with short attention spans. Your target market is the people with the long ones who will stay longterm and not just play the game of the week or month. Or follow their fave Creator till they quit.

That is normal people binge a game then quit because they rushed all the content. That is modern gamers. Like in 10 days Tiny Tina’s will launch and I am probs going to binge 500 hours atleast then drop it till the expansion launches like all Borderlands games. You play for the content then drop it till there is something new to do. Or you take it slow and play casually to keep a steady stream of content.
Example for New World I’ve taken it slow still hundreds of hours left to play and it will last the dead periods around games you rush like Lost Ark.
No you don’t get it , the problem is the content is hard locked over a paywall that 99% of F2P players / even low P2W players can’t reach and it is very concerning over the direction of the game.

We are Time Gated that is it. All MMOs are the same. This game isn’t very Grindy and if you think this is a pay wall you are just delusional. I can easily do a couple of upgrades a day and currently Abyssal and Guardians are not possible which cuts out alot of the material supply if those were on the table progress would be alot faster.
it’s not like they aren’t possible my friend. the content exists but decisions were made to leave those out. the same decisions to intentionally move other content from 1355 to 1370 which is again less supply. if you don’t see whats going on there i question your intelligence and i don’t want to discuss this with you
