Can you guys be a little more transparent about the situation?
This whole problem wouldn’t have escalated so much if you guys shared a little more information with us.
Like if on sunday(13) you guys have tell us, “We will not open the server for the next 7 days, after that will give a new response if we will need keep it closed a bit more or not but only after that.” this whole thing would be avoided, would it be sad? of course it would be, but still better than not having a response.
I maybe would be leveling a char on other server justo to have fun on the arenas and wait until the server open to create my main for exemple, or maybe not I’m not sure, but when you guys don’t talk to us and we don’t know if it will open today or in a month we don’t do a thing just wait, and wait.
So I ask, give us some date, share some info, for exemple today I was looking when the server would change the status from “good” to “busy” and for my surprise other server, Agaton if I’m not confusing become busy at the same time than kazeros, so the server maybe is more empty than we was thinking, or not, if you guys don’t tell we can just speculate.
Yes, please. Kazeros was closed on the release date. It was one of the two headstart servers and the one that most have friends in there. Me for exemple, have not only friends there but my guild is in there as well. I didn’t play the game because I’m still waiting it to be opened, and much of us are frustrated because there is no queue on Kazeros. Agaton had the same lock that people couldn’t create character there, and one other server as well, but both of them are now fine while Kazeros remains to be lift from the lock. It’s been 1 week now of just waiting. Please, let us know more about it, all we want is some official news.

Guys, do you realize that all problems EUC has, were caused by reopening Founder-Servers? Do you really want the same issues as we do for the last 7 days? No Abyss Dungeons, no Raids, no playing with your friends even tho you’re on the same server. The shop is continuously down and so is the Aura.
Pls, rethink your wishes… We would kill for it if closed Founder-Servers never had been reopened in the first place.
Like, I understand but we are in completely different situations, we don’t have the same issue as you guys about superpopulation, we don’t even have queue, the thing here is that the server are locked for a reason that us just can’t imagine, and they don’t talk us the why, this is the reason about my topic, asking for informations about this problem.
They don’t talk to us either ^^ We just wait till the Aura is back, hopefully, and reading the cute little cyan Notice beneath the chat how awesome EU West is XD I think those who actually can give answers are not able to and the CM’s are the ones getting burned
