Seriously when can I play this game? I cant play in the morning 'cuz there’s a maintenance & I cant play in the evening bcuz I have 10K+ queue on my server, what is this mess lol, how can you fail twice the same way with a whole other game title

4am? im in france its maintenance till 11AM XD, you cant please everyone? Do you know how many people are waiting in queues right now trying to play the game? like the least I could do is to login and play the game and I cant even do that, not in the morning, not in the evening, should we re-schedule our life and work time to be able to play a game without having to wait a long time queue? how incompetent can someone be to fail the same way twice ???

While you are right about 4am beeing ok for Maintenance…
I have been unable to get onto my server for 2 days now due to queues after coming home from work (I work 5am to 3pm, so I get home during queue prime time)… to find a 20k line of ppl waiting. So at 9pm i may get into the game… with no time to play, due to wanting to sleep for a decent amount of time

Same here lol, its just crazy how whoever is responsible for the whole server numbers and capacity simply didnt have the level it takes to work in the gaming industry, mostly in a game with such a big scale… to say that Amazon could afford the best people out there, except all im seeing for the 2nd time after new world is incompetence
exactly, always gonna be some that have issue with time maintenance. some work 2nd shift, come at night and play whole night, some work in morning and come at 2pm to 20k queue. always gonna be people complaining
For us, we found easy solution. we work till 4pm. run teamviewer from work, login to 12-15k queue at noon. by time we get home from work it is under 1k to get in

You can’t have a yacht built at 430 million and ensure that the servers of a video game follow the number of players, most of players will have deserted within a few weeks.

This is not an excuse, we’re the customers and the game is the one that has to be adapted to our needs and time, not the opposite lol
I mean I’ve been waiting for 3 hours to play the game, and there’s still 4236 on the queue, this is a joke, just put on a disclaimer on the download page of the game that it has the worst server capacity ever and that you’ll only be able to play in the afternoon or after 4+ hours of waiting in the queue and that amazon’s solution to this is to wait for the players to have enough of the game and of the queue and of the incompetent server management team and quit so there will be no queue anymore

Personally I hope AGS could find the courage to wipe the EU servers when they add the new EU region so that queues can significantly decrease. Otherwise the game is likely gonna stay unplayable for working people until the large and medium streamers get bored of it, which can take months.

Just got in after 15k que took me 3 hours i went afk for like 15 mins i came back and i was kicked for afk…and now 17k que EU Neria by the way and on other hand my friend is afk from 2 hours and is still in the game 
i just love the game…

This is crazy, evening till night 10K+ queue with 2+ hours of wait time, & now its maintenance, feels like ags is doing their best to not let us play the game lol

I mean yeah we just trying to play
3 nights in a row during launch week with maintenance at the same time is a bad business move. Ive seen countless posts of people trying to play after work, running into this maintenance time and are ready to move on. Get it together Amazon.
11am is not peak time and I wish people would stop thinking that it is. Just because the servers are maxed out around 11 UTC does not peak time make.
Peak time begins around 1600 UTC when most of Europe are home from work and school.
At 1100 UTC most people are in either of these places. If you’re not/you work different hours then you are the anomaly, not the norm.
try using TeamViewer. Reach out your pc from work like 2-3 hours before you get home get in que.
