I’ve recieved a second Wild Blue Wolf that unfortunately cannot be gotten rid of in any way that I can find.
-It’s unable to be used as the “Mount already registered.” message appears.
-It’s unable to be discarded as it says “Cannot destroy this item.”
-It’s unable to be dismantled.
-It’s unable to be sold on both the auction house or to a vendor.
It’s a minor thing but I would rather not have something like this clogging up my inventory/storage. I could also end up with more copies of this that take even more space up. I’m also unsure if there’s something I’m missing that can get rid of it, if I am please let me know.

Please try this steps to discard it’s a visual bug:
Close Lost Ark completely
Close Steam
Run Steam as administrator
Check the game files on Steam
Open Lost Ark.

I’ve made a ticket but it seems to have disappeared into the aether. How do I actually view the ticket, or have any information regarding any open tickets I’ve made?
Tickets cannot be reviewed on your end directly but only through a support agent (via Email or the ticket creation platform).
If you were to reply to the last response you got via Email and noting you are specifically following up on your last contact/ ticket, they will be able to pull up these records and let you know any updates in it.
If you haven’t receive a response for the initial ticket after 48 hours please contact us back.

This is not the only item that cannot be destroyed, dismantled or consumed.
Usually during Express events, they give you claimable rewards that can also have this trait. The very first blue ability stone you are handed also does this.
Here’s the total items being taken up on a single character that cannot be gotten rid of.
As if I would ever pay Crystals to expand my inventory when AGS and Smilegate are clearly scamming the slots away.
