Same issue here, happening a lot more since the most recent patch. Two mice, both work perfectly in other games. I’ve also experienced the same issue with keys on the keyboard - it’s almost as if the Lost Ark application loses its active window status, so you have to click, or press twice for it to respond. Is this something anyone’s come across in any other Unreal engine games perhaps?

I have the same problem. Every now and then I press the right mouse button for autoattacks and it stops immediately after the first attack.

Having the same issue. Randomly happens need to go to character select to fix it.
This also happened to me today. To add a little bit more to this, I played through an abyss dungeon with an item stuck on the cursor. After I completed the dungeon and went into another abyss dungeon, my mouse did not work at all 
(e.g. I couldn’t click on any menu options or any items in my inventory. However, I could still move my character and AA). I also could not click on the end of dungeon reward chest.
To logout of the game, I had to ALT+F4. haha
Same here. Pretty annoying with the Zerk or the Z with Destroyer. There isn’t a solution yet?
