First paid powerpass. I did not realize it uses it immediately. I assumed I was buying a ticket I could apply to the character of my choosing.
If possible I’d like to move it to the character I actually planned on powerpassing. Characters are both level one, the pass has not been put to any use.

Thank you for escalating the issue. If you do find that simply moving the power pass is not possible I have an acceptable alternative that may be possible.
Since both the character I used the pass on inadvertently and the one I wished to powerpass are level 1 and the same class (male gunner), if its possible to grant a reskin and name change I could rectify the situation on my own.
Thanks again. Looking forward to hearing if we can find a way to rectify this situation without having to buy another Punika Pass (or spend money on reskin/namechange).
