MSQs & Super Express Missions

Are MSQs autocompleted when doing Super Express Missions? I’m contemplating doing super express missions w/ my main (a 460 Paladin), but I don’t want to do so if I won’t be able to do MSQs/side quests/etc. on Yorn, Feiton, etc.

Based on the missions themselves, I’m guessing quests aren’t autocompleted, but I’d like to confirm.
