you going to fix the server stability then? wow this is frustrating no compensation just wait another day and sorry about your bonus xp you saved up and lost. Not a good look.

If you don’t have the ability to re-grant daily or weekly content, there should be some other make-good or customer appeasement available. Loosing both chaos dungeons for the day is worth 10,000+ gold in materials. In a game where doing your “daily content” for materials is literally the main end-game activity, not being able to do anything about this is unacceptable.

Why not? “Because that’s how it is” isn’t exactly a valid explanation. Do some legwork and get your community some actual answers.

Will there be any kind of compensation? As others have pointed out, losing out on chaos dungeon runs is losing out on the majority of daily materials for progression.
This is happening on Enviska as well for the last hour or so

I ran all the chaos/guardian on my alts without a problem and when I was about to do it on my main, disconnect.

Same happened to me yesterday during abbys and today on guardians. Support basically told me Im screwed and cant get ticket back or rewards… gotta love it
They already came out and said you’re not getting it. Have “fun”. 
second time i couldn’t claim my dailies today. so frustrating, we were almost done with this guy. good thing i was on an alt this time xD

FYI Enviska Server is disconnecting again. Getting kicked by server connection error yet again.

Confirming Mari is having issues
Mari is toast, I’ve been trying to do guardian raid for 2 hours and chain disconnect. At least my character didn’t get permanently locked out like some others.
