So I have Mederiel’s Letter and it says I need to complete Music Resounding in Elzowin to start the letter. But I cannot find any info on this so called quest. The closest I can see is Music Echoes in Elzowin… Are these the same? If so, I’m not even sure how to start this, or what I am missing to start it.
