My 30 days of crystalline aura was gone when i get into game today. I thought it will come back and i used 3 days of crystalline aura given by gift. and i get out of the game. Now i get in again and it’s gone too. Give it back to me please? And my friends can get in shop while i can’t. It says shop is under maintanence but how can my friends get in? Thank you.

A similar issue was happening on release when the servers came back up. Aura came back once people were able to get back into the store. Probably just gonna have to wait chief.
jfyi… WHENEVER the cash shop is unavailable, you automatically loose all benefits, like the aura.
It comes back around a minute after the cash shop is back…
well u are wrong i dont have my aura for 2 days and it doesnt come back
