My abysall dungeon got bugged and entry removed

so like the title my Abyssal dungeon got stuck at loading screen saying 1/4 playerys waiting to be ready and i got back to punika and in chat it said exiting dungeon shortly 9times and my entry has removed. pls get my entry back for Aira’s Oculus HARD @Roxx

They don’t manually grant tickets. Either the automated system sends you a ticket in the mail or your entry is gone.

Update to Timed and Ticketed Content Lockouts

Heroes of Arkesia, We know how frustrating it is for players to be locked out of timed or ticketed activities when a game server unexpectedly crashes or loses stability.
