My save character appearance did not go through as it had shown on the re-skin. I’m asking for a replacement to be given. If not, then why the hell would I ever buy a reskin if I can’t reskin it the way I put it as? Did I just get scammed by Amazon and Smilegate? LMAO. What a freaking joke. Even when you pay, you can’t get anything right. That’s amazing!!!
Give me my compensation. I even made a ticket with amazon games, they said you can’t do anything. If that stands, then we can see what other actions I will take in order to get my compensation.

Lamentably we are not able to re-grand another Appearance Customization Ticket at this time since it was used on your end.
I’m sorry for all type of inconveniences and problems this issue may have caused you without mention the bad experience you have gone through.

So basically you told me to spend 8 dollars, do what I wanted to do , and since it did not go through how I MADE IT to be , it’s my fault? Basically telling me to go freak off and my money to go freak off? I agree, I used it, and since I decided how I wanted to make it, and it did not show up as how I made it why is it my fault?
So I can ask for a chargeback on all things? Since clearly this game decides that since the end user used it in a proper way, and it did not do it as the end user wanted, it is the end user’s fault? Why the freak should I not chargeback on all products bought?
If I chose to make it how I designed it, and it did not go through as expected, why is it the end user’s fault? You literally have a make-over design application to show you what YOU DECIDE. And if you guys are going to make the character for me apparently, then why the hell did I pay 8 dollars to buy something that advertised that I create it myself? Is this false advertising where I can’t even recreate my character because Smilegate or Amazon Games decided to bar me? Should I sue for false advertising in the game? Like what the hell???
Edit: If I am being told that I am not allowed to get back my item to refinish my character ; as this has happened MORE than once. Then I will know what the hell that Amazon Games / Smilegate is about.
